Terms of use

1.1. A prerequisite for purchasing goods through the Website is:

– either creating a profile, where you must submit your details, i.e., your full name, phone number, home address, email address, and any specific requirements, depending on the type of product to be purchased,

– or entering your details, as defined in the previous paragraph, during the final stage of your order.

1.2. Otherwise, the general terms of use of the Website and the terms for the retention and processing of personal data apply, which you can find posted on the Website at any time.

You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

2.1. By debit card. In this case, you will be transferred to the secure electronic environment of Viva Wallet, and your transaction will be completed encrypted and with absolute security.

For every purchase you make, you will be charged with shipping costs to your chosen location.

3.1. If your order exceeds a total cost of 100 euros for Greece and 160 euros for Cyprus, shipping costs are free.

3.2. Otherwise, the shipping cost for all of Greece is 3.5 euros with ACS and 2.5 euros with BOX NOW, and for Cyprus, it is 10 euros with both ACS and BOX NOW, including VAT.

The Company ensures that once your order is completed, you will receive your goods at your door as soon as possible. For this reason, if you order goods indicated as in stock, the order will be dispatched by the Company via Acs Courier or BOX NOW after the number of days stated on our website. As the products are handmade and made to order, the days required for dispatch vary from 1 to 7 business days.

In any case, it is obvious that the delivery time by Acs Courier and BOX NOW depends solely on them, and the Company bears no responsibility.

5.1 Product replacement:

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days from the date your order was either delivered or made available for delivery.
To return the product and replace it with another, there are three ways to contact us:

5.2 Refund:

You have the right to return the product you received and request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date your order was either delivered or made available for delivery. To return the product and receive your money back, there are three ways to contact us:

If you contact us using one of the above methods, we will then guide you with the appropriate instructions.

– Shipping costs for the product, as well as return shipping costs, are entirely borne by the consumer.
– From the day we receive the bag, we must refund the amount to the customer within one week, minus
the shipping costs, which are entirely borne by them.
Essential conditions for exercising the right of return – replacement are:

1) The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product or it becomes available for pickup at the store. If you exceed this limit, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

2) The product must be returned in excellent condition, without damage or defects. The package must also include the purchase receipt.

Although the Company guarantees that every product is delivered in excellent condition, there may be an extremely rare case where one of them has a manufacturing defect. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect that can be identified upon unsealing each product. The warranty does not cover any damage that may occur during the use or care of the products, such as cleaning.

If, upon unsealing your order and before any use, you find that a product is defective, please contact the Company immediately for a replacement with a new, identical item. In this case, the shipping cost of the defective product and the shipping of the new replacement product are solely borne by the Company.

The replacement will be made after the defective product, along with the transaction receipt and its original packaging, has been sent to the Company’s headquarters.

The colors of the products shown in the photos may differ slightly from the actual colors due to screen settings, lighting during photography, or other technical factors. The company makes every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. Additionally, for products with animal print, there may be variations in the design and pattern layout from bag to bag, as each product is made from a different section of fabric. These variations are a natural characteristic of the product and do not constitute a defect.

From the moment you submit your order, and if you choose to pay by debit/prepaid card, you are transferred to a secure, encrypted environment of Viva Wallet. It is explicitly clarified that the entry of your card details takes place in the Bank’s programmatic plug-in, without the Company storing or being notified of the details you enter. In any case, the Company bears no responsibility for any damage or financial loss caused.

For any dispute of any nature that may arise from the application of this document, the exclusive competent courts are those of Thessaloniki, Greece.
